The site is run by On Record Studio, a video editing service for law firms. It describes our services and lets you request a call.

We are not a law firm

On Record Studio is not a law firm and doesn’t give legal advice. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and using the site or contacting us doesn’t create an attorney–client relationship. Example captions on this site show our editing style; they aren’t statements of law. Legal rules, including filing deadlines, vary by state and country.

Our services and prices

The plans and prices on this site are a summary. The written agreement we sign with your firm sets the actual terms, and it takes priority if anything here differs. We may change our plans and prices; changes on the site don’t alter an agreement you’ve already signed.

Compliance

We help with approvals, disclaimers and approval logs, but each firm stays responsible for making sure its advertising follows the rules that apply to it.

Content and trademarks

The text, design and graphics on this site, and the On Record Studio name and logo, belong to us. You’re welcome to share links to the site, but please don’t copy its content or branding without our written permission. The example video frames on this site are illustrations, not client work.

Links to other sites

We link to our social media profiles and other sites we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that comes from using this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
